Kelsea Marshall

Kelsea graduated in 2016 from Abilene Christian University with a business degree in marketing and has worked with nonprofits since 2018 when she began helping a nonprofit called Stand Up Eight with its marketing. When Stand Up Eight merged with Foster Village in 2021, Kelsea made the move too and joined the team as an independent contractor. At her day job, Kelsea is a Visual Design Team Lead for a marketing agency based in Austin, Texas, but also works with Foster Village because she cares about helping some of the community’s most vulnerable children. Plus, both of her parents are adoptees, so she has a unique connection to the child welfare system.
Kelsea was born in New Mexico and moved to Austin when she was four years old. Her family and friends are really important to her, and she enjoys spending time with them whenever she can. She also loves artsy things like drawing and painting, reading, being outdoors, and traveling.
