Together, we can bridge the gap between the community that wants to help and foster families and caregivers, so the practical needs of foster families can be met and holistic support is provided beyond the system.
Your support makes sure foster families and children have their basic needs met, connects foster families to resources and to each other and advocates for change in the system, creating a better future for our community, our children and the caregivers who raise them. We do not receive any government funding and rely on community partners and the generosity of supporters like you.
Children deserve more than a system. You can bring dignity to those in foster care and empower generations of vulnerable families to overcome adversity.
Will you be that village of love and support for a child in foster care?
Christmas Beyond the Toys
Help us meet basic needs this holiday season through our annual CHRISTMAS BEYOND THE TOYS campaign.
Each year, we focus our efforts on helping to alleviate stressors for families who have stepped up to care for additional children while also navigating unforeseen financial challenges. Whether it's a foster family in need of a new fridge or car repair, or a recently widowed mom who is managing grief and the holidays for the first time, all contributions to this initiative will help sustain families far beyond this holiday season.
We're looking forward to sharing the stories of how your generosity has made an incredible impact. (Please make sure to choose "CHRISTMAS BEYOND THE TOYS" when you contribute.)

“Foster Village is an incredible and irreplaceable resource for the foster community. As a case manager for a child placing agency, I feel that being a foster parent is possibly the hardest and most selfless job one could take on. Often I would walk into a home of individuals that were accepting their very first placement, and while they were trying to remain calm and make the child(ren) feel safe and welcome, there would be fear in their eyes as they felt unprepared or unequipped. To be able to provide them with the resource that Foster Village, however, was one of the best blessings I could give. Foster Village meets immediate needs with clothing, furniture, or any other equipment as soon as they possibly can. On top of that, they offer community through parent meet ups and other similar gathering. Foster Village is an incredible blessing to the foster community and I could not recommend them more.”- Sara
